What we keep, and why.

This service is run by PixelArc Ventures Ltd (company no. 16305788, England). We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, verified by a text code. It is your account and the number Santa rings.
• Your email address, if you give it, for receipts and recordings.
• What you type about your child: first name, age, notes, and their wish. We never ask for a surname, address or school, and Santa is built not to ask either.
• A recording and a short summary of paid calls, so you can download them. Free calls are not kept.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How it's used

To make the call you booked, to keep your account working, and to send you what you paid for. Santa's voice is generated by ElevenLabs and the call is placed over Twilio; both process the audio only to provide the call. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Consent for the call

By booking, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, that you consent to the call and, for paid calls, to it being recorded for you. The call is made to your verified number only.

Keeping and deleting

Your children's first names, ages, wish lists and Santa's short notes from each call stay on your account for as long as you keep it, so Santa can remember them next Christmas ("I think last year you asked for a bike"). You can edit or remove a child at any time from your account page, which removes Santa's notes about them too. Recordings are kept for 12 months after the call. To delete the whole account, email hello@pixelarcventures.co.uk from your account email or reply to any receipt, and we'll remove everything within 7 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
