Terms

The short version.

• Santa is a computer-generated voice made by PixelArc Ventures Ltd. He stays in character on the call. You're buying a phone call from that character, nothing else.
• Calls go to the mobile number you verified. You must be the parent or guardian of the child, and you must be happy for them to receive the call.
• The first call is free, once per mobile number. Paid calls are charged before Santa dials. Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where applicable.
• If a call fails on our side (Santa doesn't ring, or the call drops in the first minute), the call is returned to your account automatically. If it isn't, email us and we'll put it right or refund it.
• If nobody answers, Santa leaves a message where he can. A booked call that isn't answered counts as used, but we're reasonable: tell us and we'll usually rebook it.
• Santa never promises presents and never takes instructions to be unkind, frightening, or anything unsuitable for a child. Bookings that try to make him do that will be cancelled without refund.
• Christmas Eve windows are limited. Once a window is full it's full. Book early.
• We may change prices and these terms for future bookings. Bookings you've already paid for stay as they were.
